Strategy Kickstarter

The Strategy Kickstarter is the first big leap into transforming the future of your business.

We’ll both have pre-work to do and will then jump in to creating an initial strategy for your brand. We’ll work together to define a clear vision, achievable goals, and an action plan for exactly where you’re headed next.

The total time commitment is around 8 hours and the format can be done within a full day or broken up over smaller sessions 6-8 weeks (we can determine what works best for your business together).

What’s included:

• An onboarding / kickoff call with me before our strategy day or sessions to discuss priorities, deliverables & expectations. There will be a bit of homework for us to complete before so we can make the most of our time together.

• We’ll then jump into our sessions (either in a full day or bi-weekly format). We’ll talk through challenges, opportunities, what’s working, what’s not, and most importantly… where you want to go next. Then, we’ll map out a concrete strategy plan with action steps, resources & tools tailored to your business.

• A PDF of our notes from our meeting(s) with a set of clear, actionable next steps. You'll also have access to a video replay of our live session(s) so you can revisit it any time.
