Sounds great! How does it work?


Step 1: Discovery
We start with a discovery call or meeting to work through what stage your brand is at and the goals you're looking to achieve.


Step 2: The nitty gritty
We send back suggested focus points & obstacles for scaling the brand. If you like what you hear then you sign on to work with us - it's great to have you on board!


Step 3: Plan of action
The programme begins, starting with a half day together to discuss pre-work needed, review the focus points and tackle any outstanding issues to be resolved for the strategy to be successful.


Step 4: Strategise
We review, research and analyse the best ways for your brand to scale, putting together a suggested action plan for each topic. We'll meet with you twice a month to work through the solutions and provide support as implementation begins.


Step 5: Review
At the 3 month mark we'll send you a digital document outlining everything we’ve reviewed, as well as our suggestions and advice on each focus area. We hand the full plan to you, giving additional suggestions as to how we can continue to support you. We spend the next 3 months helping you to implement the plan with monthly support and meetings.


Step 6: Success!
Your brand goes on to have a really successful year, and you have all the pieces in place to maximise your potential.
